A detailed analysis of your requirements is an essential part of developing complex systems. Building detailed requirement specifications and a prototype save time and money by providing a working model that can be understood by the non-technical manager / user and providing the level of detail that will lead to a successful understanding from the technical side of the Scope of Work and what is required to build the project.

  • Meetings with key individuals and departments regarding site areas, content, functionality, target users, information and functional needs
  • Research competitor banks sites
  • Develop information needs and functional needs of target user groups
  • Identify content sources and content requirements
  • Report on current status and impact on future development
  • Identify which areas will be text based static pages, functional areas, integration of 3rd party software, database dynamic modules.
  • Identify priorities
  • Write Requirement Specification document which will include the scope of the project, the objectives, priorities, and timelines. The document will present options and choices when appropriate and an overall plan of action. It provides the basis for the project plan and is the basic road map and guide on what the project needs to accomplish.
  • Bank resource requirements - what HR and staffing timing and allocation will be required over the life of the project.

End products will include detailed well-written documents that you will be able to include in RFPs and RFQs and screen prototypes to illustrate and confirm the full flow of a new functional Internet based process.
